Mid-December 2013	Opening of the online abstract submission. (possibility to apply for Abstracts Travel Grants and ERS Sponsorship)
6 January 2014	deadline for submitting Hot Topics, Grand Round, Year in Review sessions
February 2014	Announcement of the 2014 Educational Programme (Post-Graduate Courses, Meet-the-Expert, Morning Seminars, Educational Skills Workshops)
20 February 2014	deadline abstracts submission
28 February 2014	Deadline for online application and nomination for Main Awards
March 2014	Advance Programme of the Congress is available online
31 March 2014	deadline for submitting Lunchtime sessions & Clinical Trials
April 2014	Opening of the early-bird registration (exact date to be confirmed)
1-31 May 2014	submission for Late-Breaking Abstracts (a submission fee is applied)
June 2014	Notification of abstract acceptance to authors who submitted an abstract for the 20 February deadline (including free communication session format/type and schedule)
June 2014	Early-Bird registration deadline
August 2014	Congress Programme App (available for download)
6-10 September 2014	ERS Munich 2014 International Congress (final programme available onsite for all delegates)
