A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been reserved in Vienna and the surrounding areas for the ERS International Congress.
As a service for Congress participants, Verkehrsbüro MICE Services will arrange your hotel accommodation at no extra charge. There are different hotel room categories, ranging from 1 to 5 stars. Please see below for more information:

* All rates listed are in EURO (€), per room and per night and include breakfast and 10% VAT.
The rates for single and double occupancy differ. Some hotels require a minimum stay.
Individual reservations (up to 4 rooms)
Due to limited room availability in Vienna, we advise you to make your reservation as early as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Conditions and payment
To secure your reservation a credit card guarantee is required. All hotel expenses have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out. The hotel will issue an invoice. The number of overnights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked nights.
Full pre-payment of the stay is also available.
Cancellation Policy
* For room cancellations received until 29.05.2020 = Euro 50,00 as handling fee per cancelled room will be charged to your credit card.
* For room cancellations received from 30.05.2020 = two (2) nights of the room rate will be charged to your credit card.
* The pre-booked nights are binding for the hotel. The hotel has the right to charge all pre-booked nights in case of shortening your stay. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night.
* In case of cancellation or No-Show Austropa Interconvention is authorized to charge your credit card with the contracted cancellation fees.
Global conditions
The invoice will be provided by the hotel upon check-out and any paid deposits will be deducted from it. All deposits must be paid to Verkehrsbüro MICE Services during the booking process.
Group reservations (5 or more rooms)
Group reservations (5 or more rooms) will be handled by separate contract and separate regulations. Please contact Austropa Interconvention directly for further information at ers2020hotel@vb-mice.at, providing the requested number of rooms, hotel category and preferred location if possible.
Global conditions
Group bookings have to be prepaid before the group check in. The invoice(s) will be issued by Verkehrsbüro MICE Services upon receipt of the signed group agreement.
Changes
Cancellations / reductions and adjustments of the agreed room allotments have to be made in writing and exclusively be forwarded to Verkehrsbüro MICE Services either by fax or by e-mail.
A notice of the cancellations / reductions / adjustments of the room allotment by Verkehrsbüro MICE Services is required. Cancellation fees that are above the allowed number of rooms per night will be charged as indicated in the agreement and mentioned under the "cancellation and reduction policy". In case additional rooms will be required it is considered as a new request and the same conditions as mentioned in the agreement will apply.
