2016 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits
EBAP and EACCME accredited 27 CME credits for the 2016 ERS International Congress Programme.
ERS applies for CME Credits accreditation towards the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP) and the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for the 2016 ERS International Congress Programme.
Recognition of CME credits
For accredited activities, EACCME credits can be exchanged for their national equivalent by contacting your national CME authority. EACCME credits are recognised throughout Europe and in North America.
A record of your CME credit status will also be kept for future reference.
To receive credits
Printing or downloading your CME and attendance certificates can only be done online after the Congress.
Login into MyERS and either press the highlighted "Congress Certificates" button as shown below or alternatively go through the menu "Congress and Conferences > Get your certificates".
Please make sure you keep your badge number as it will be required for your identification.
Physicians should only claim those hours of credit spent in this educational activity.

European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP)
The ERS Congress programme is reviewed by EBAP each year to provide quality assurance and continuing medical education accreditation (CME) for the event. This means that delegates at the Congress can be awarded internationally recognised CME credits for attending the sessions. |
EBAP is an independent entity that works to ensure the quality and independence of CME activities. It operates under the supervision of a Management Council composed of four members who are nominated by the Forum of European Respiratory Societies.
