World Village
The World Village is a dedicated space for ERS members, congress delegates, partner society representatives and individuals from across all specialties to gather, strengthen existing partnerships and make new connections. This area provides an environment for the global respiratory community to come together, bound by the common interest of advancing respiratory health and improving patient quality of life.
ERS emphasises the importance of giving our partner societies a platform within the World Village, in order to promote the important work that they do on a national and regional level throughout the year and to find out about their upcoming activities.
Delegates are also invited to kick off the ERS Congress' 30th anniversary celebrations in the World Village by having your photos taken at the Vienna 2020 photo booth area. Say cheese!

World Village Theatre sessions
A number of sessions will take place throughout the Congress within the World Village Theatre. These sessions are organised and delivered by ERS partner societies from around the world, and offer attendees the opportunity to gain a better understanding about key issues in the respiratory field from a truly global perspective.

Facilities
The ERS stand will be located in the World Village and will have dedicated staff who are happy to welcome all congress participants, and to provide updates on the wide array of ERS products and services available to members.
The World Village will also have a lounge space, providing the perfect area to network and seek out further information about current and future developments from any of the surrounding partner society stands.
